Keeping sane in the face of climate change – two small but momentous words reflecting scientific concern, politics and tremendous life challenges. Whether a young person, ‘an activist’, a parent or grandparent, how do you manage your own emotional response to the immensity of the problem we face today? In this workshop psychotherapist Annie Robinson helps us explore our myriad responses and find ways to navigate this issue more gently for ourselves, alongside our need to ‘do something’ and stay present. Annie has a portfolio career, working as an archaeologist, in higher education, arts management, in training and development and, for over 20 years, a therapist. Kabbala Yoga Studio 2pm – 3pm
