Tues 6 June. In conversation with Ben Aaronovitch – Born and raised in London, Ben had the sort of relentlessly tedious childhood that either drives a person to drink or to science fiction. The latter proved useful in his early career, writing for Dr Who, Casualty and Jupiter Moon. Ben is now famed for the Rivers of London fantasy series. When the first of these proved a runaway success, he was able to return to the bliss of a full-time writing career. He is already hard at work on the next Peter Grant novel. Ben will talk about his writing, followed by a Q & A with the audience. Room 2 Clevedon Community Centre/Princes Hall 7.30pm
